OPYO was designed and built as a big data solution for data-sensitive environments. Our team is constantly working to improve our technology and processes to address the privacy and security of our customers in accordance with the strictest standards and best practices.

Onboarding
First step, define sources of information, learn the organizational structure, use OPYO set of templates to define daily data sets. Level of details is defined on customer needs. External resources will be added as well.

Mapping and health check
Initial mapping of business units, buyers, suppliers, geographies, entities, currencies, buyer/supplier relationships, products, transaction types, plant, items, insurers.
Once data flows in OPYO, will capture a first quality snapshot to reconcile with customer report and identify gaps and low hanging fruit, risks, and opportunities
